♥ Terms of Service ♥
General InfoI have the right to reject a commission request for any reason.Communication between me and the commissioner will be conducted via email.All private information will be kept confidential.
UsageI reserve the right to display my artwork for portfolio reasons on any platform.I own the copyright to the image and its distribution/use, unless otherwise specified during communications between myself and the commissioner. This means that under no circumstances may the customer use my commissioned image(s) for commercial and profit purposes. Including but not limited to prints and redistribution.The customer may use the commissioned image as a background, wallpaper, icon, or print them for personal purposes, such as decoration for a room.The customer must not claim my work as their own.Editing such as adding the customer's watermarks, changing colors or drawing over the commissioned piece then publishing it, is prohibited.I will not profit further from the commissioned work. I will not create prints or any other merchandise from the finished piece unless.
PaymentPayment will be sent via Paypal and is only accepted in USD.In order for me to start on your commission, I request 50% of the payment upfront. Once the sketch has been approved by you, I will request the remaining %50 to begin completion of your illustration.
ProcessCommissions will take approximately 2-4 weeks to complete. The amount of time will depend on the complexity of the commissioned piece, the amount of orders I currently have, my convention schedule, and possibly other forces outside of my control.
I will do my best to keep you updated throughout the entire process.You will be updated during 3 stages of the drawing process.

-finished productThe finished piece will be sent via email, to the email address given during the commission application process.
Cancellation and Refund PolicyIf for any reason I am not able to work on your commission, you will receive an e-mail about it and a full refund via PayPal. Do not request a PayPal chargeback! I will transfer the money back to you myself.The customer is not allowed to refund once I have received the full payment after sketch approval.
( The stages are listed under Process )If you request a refund before the sketch has been approved, you may receive a full refund without penalty.If you request a Paypal chargeback after the finished commission is sent, you will lose all rights to the commissioned piece and I will receive the right to profit and create merch from the commissioned work. I will then submit our conversations to Paypal, and proof of completing your commission on my side. You will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.
